I have used Martinous for years to clean my rugs. I have two dogs that use my rugs on a consistent basis to relive themselves. David and his submersion process always return the rugs to me stain and odor free. The only caveat, my rugs are hand-knotted not tufted. When I remodeled my home years ago and hardwood floors installed throughout, I spoke to David about which rugs would be best suited for dogs. He said hand-knotted only. I listened to his expertise and he was correct. I have been 150% satisfied with Martinous and would never use anyone else.

Im David Martinous, second generation of our business. The rug Marie R is talking about had a lot stains on the rug and was a tufted rug. I called her and told her what the end result was going to be after the 6 step process which we have done over 3000 rugs in. It did not come out to our satisfaction . I returned her money to her in full. She says that we hang it out somewhere. We have the finest cleaning and drying facilities in the state. Our building is the finest building for our type of work in the state. I am sorry that she was not happy with the results of her rug, that is why I returned her money. We clean between 5000 and 6000 rugs per year not counting what goes in our submersion process and I can tell you that we have less than 1% of folks that are not happy with the way their rug came out. I just wanted to set the record straight.

This is the worst place to spend a rip off amount of 500 only to receive a 1600 dollar carpet in worse shape then when you dropped it off. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING YOU ACTUALLY WANT CLEANED. Only thing it seems that was done to the carpet was that it was left to hang somewhere to air out. Highly displeased at the quality of supposed work. WORST PLACE EVER. NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS THAT I WOULD ALLOW TO EVEN CLEAN MY DOG. Was told that the odor would be 100% gone.....not even close to true.....possiblity the stains wouldn't be completely gone......worse then when it was dropped off......was not informed that whatever "treatment" was done would fray the edges of the carpet to where it looks worn out and horribly used. Website said that they would trim the edges of the carpet should the need arise....wasn't done at all. Was told bring it back to get it done. Carpet was rolled up and handed off instead being allowed to inspect the work before paying. This carpet is not placed in a high or even moderate traffic area. Took it in for pet stains and got a carpet that looks like it may be worth 25 dollars at this point. Did I mention I found this place to be the worst place ever for workmanship and quality. Super highly seriously disappointed and very upset over what I had to pay for such a terrible job. I would never recommend this place for even a small cheap carpet.

David Martinous has recently cleaned two rugs for my family. He used his new imersion process on one soiled rug and it came out looking brand new. He does an outstanding job and is very concerned over the quality of his work. He is the best in little Rock, Ar.
