Today June 15, 2020 My Friend request after Recovery. MC Donald was His Choice for the evening. Just now For are Appreciation and Service. I Ask for the Manager after Waiting to be Value for there 30 Min. She respond to me to Contact Corporate. This Location of Staff Member seem to be Highly resolve with Behavior Of Action disrespectful to Our Service. We Deserve to be Happy Customer for our Reason. East Broadway North Little Rock.

I was very disappointed in this location. I asked for tomatoes and ketchup ONLY on a happy meal cheeseburger. First off they said they COULDN'T add tomatoes to kids burgers (ALL other McDonald I have went to has been able too). Then when we received burger it also had mustard on it.
I also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. When we received it there were only 5 nuggets. I will NOT be going back to this location.

This location has poor customer service. They care more about moving their line during their morning and afternoon rush that they fail to provide the customer with quality service. I have had several bad experiences here. If possible avoid this location!

This location is not the best but it's also not the worst that I have seen. I usually go to the drive-thru. The staff could be friendlier and the food isn't always to par.

Despite the fact that this is probably one of the nicer McDonalds in the state, the employees are rude and the bathrooms were disgusting last time I ate there. Will not return if I can help it.
