To the owner its very important to get your facts accurate. Our dog was 10 years old and when my mom initially dropped the dog off she was complaining to my father how hot it was in your shop. My mom asked if you gave her water, she was told " we don't give the dogs water" We received the autopsy back and she died from a heart attack and the vet said it was because of stress.





Little Rock-Please do not support this business, my mother took our poodle in for a routine grooming. She died while in their care. The air conditioning was broken and when asked if the dog could have water, they replied " we don't give the dogs water here" My mother is devastated. Our poodle is undergoing a autopsy to know the actual cause of death. This business should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to go on. My mother is in tears and living in guilt because she feels like if she did not bring her, then our doggy would still be alive.

I have used this Wonderful & Thoughtful Groomer for years. My 2 boys ( a Miniature & Standard Poodle) just Love her & her girls, as I do. Mel & her girls work as a Team & just do an Awesome Job on my boys Precision Cuts. They are very Compassionate & are Truly God's Gift to all caring pet owners. Of course, they have my boys Spoiled Rotten. That's why I Highly & Proudly Recommend this Business to All of Little Rock !!!!

Great place clean smells good and my dog loves the girls !

I take my dog there once a month, ever since I found this place. I love it here, my dog does, and the ladies are so nice and caring! thank you for all your hard work! sj

I have 2 elderly shih tzus, 12 and 15, that have been going to this shop since they opened. I've been turned down by all the other shops in the area because I have senior dogs. The girls at this shop welcomed me and my old girls and have been so good to us. Their grooms Have always looked great and they're always happy and excited afterwards. I have every intention of continuing to use them until my girls are gone.

This is the owner of the business. We are sorry for the loss of the poodle mentioned in the previous post. But I'd like to clear up the false allegations by this young lady who was not here to know what happened. First off, our air cconditioner functions perfectly. We pay close attention to the temperature in our business at all times to ensure that all of our visitors are comfortable and safe. We also have fans that constantly circulate the air.

The well-being of our clients is our number 1 priority. If we notice ANY changes in behavior that would cause concern, the pet's owner is IMMEDIATELY contacted. This particular dog began to cough and wheeze not long after her arrival. Her owner was called IMMEDIATELY and described her behavior. We were told not to worry about it because she does that everyday. She said she has hernias and they make it hard for her to breathe correctly. She wanted her dog finished so we told her to come pick her up in 30 mins. The dog was alert and calm for the rest of her groom. We put her down to wait for her owner. The dog was still alert and happy when the owner pulled into our driveway. But before she walked into the shop, the dog passed. After everyone calmed down, we advised her to take the dog to get an autopsy. I called her vet myself and told them the business would pay for the autopsy, we just wanted an answer so there could be SOME kind of closure instead of the worry and questions.

Unfortunately, when you have a senior dog (14 yrs.old) who is also very overweight, there are health issues that need to be considered. Congestive heart failure, diabetes, respiratory failure....these are ALL symptoms of being an overweight senior. The excitement of a NORMAL grooming routine can be stressful for a senior dog, especially if they have existing medical conditions like the ones I stated above.

We, at Pawzitive Perfection, strive daily to provide a safe and comfortable environment for ALL of our furry clients. We send our condolences to the family for the loss of such a sweet little angel.

We went to Pawzitive Perfection for the first time last week and I must say, my pups haircut was the best he's ever had! We've taken him to several other places in the area and NO ONE has EVER been able to make him look this good. They were very thorough when asking how I wanted him to look and did exactly everything they said they would. And he was happy! He usually comes home from the groomer shaking and tired, sometimes until the next day. When I picked him up from here, he didn't even want to walk out with me! He was prancing and wagging his tail and was obviously very relaxed and comfortable with the employees. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to go see what REAL service is like!

Love this place! my dog has had terrible experiences at all the grooming shops I've taken her to. I took her here for the first time a couple weeks ago and I'm very impressed with the service, the cleanliness, and the haircut. And my dog was happy and didn't seem to have the usual anxiety she's had in the past with grooming. I recommend highly !!!

These girls will treat your dog like it belongs to them. They are very knowledgeable about grooming and your dog's health and well being. My dogs always go in this salon wagging their tails and happy like it's their second home. And when I pick them up, they're just as happy but a whole lot prettier. And I don't know what kind of shampoo they use, but it smells amazing! I've been to other groomers and my dogs and I have never been happier than we are here.

My dog is always handsome and happy. And the shop doesn't smell like dirty dog like most places.
