Wagoner Law Firm is located in the heart of Central Arkansas in Downtown Little Rock.  Our firm has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases before Arkansas judges and juries. In addition to maintaining a substantial family law practice, our attorneys have recovered approximately forty million dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients in a variety of cases including business litigation, products liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and nursing home neglect and abuse.
Keith joined the Wagoner Law Firm in October of 2010. Keith graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration.Â
In 2006, Keith concurrently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, as well as the Juris Doctor program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Keith completed his MBA degree in 2008, ranking among the highest in his class.Â
In 2010, Keith graduated with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate, and subsequently passed the Arkansas Bar Exam.Before practicing law, Keith worked as a Computer Programmer and Analyst at Dillard's Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock for seven years, making him one of the most tech-savvy attorneys in Arkansas.Â
In addition to being licensed to practice law, Keith is also a Certified Mediator and Real Estate Broker in the State of Arkansas. Keith is also the founder and owner of Pike Realty Group in Little Rock.
Keith is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in Arkansas state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He and his wife, Bethany, who is also an attorney, live in Little Rock.
