Ordered over $10,000 worth of furniture about 3 months ago. Every piece has been delivered late, broken, or "accidentally cancelled" by a system error. At this point they tell me I will have to reorder the items I have paid for and start all over. Meanwhile I am being charged interest on a credit card and I will not have the furniture that was promised to me in 8-10 weeks for at least twice that long if I were inclined to ever do business with them again. This entire company is inept and I would not recommend ever purchasing anything there. There are zero customer service representatives who can help you. They just give you a another 1-800 number and the end result is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
