Black mold growing everywhere. Their solution to the black mold problem is to just spray paint over it. There are apartments that are or should be condemned but the hazard signs have been taken down and placed inside the mold filled apartments. If any of their appliances break down, quit working or never worked at all they will claim that is the tenants responsibility to repair or replace. There is no proper water drainage in rainy weather so be prepared to tread through water and mud coming and going on the designated walk ways. The swimming pool (which really isn't a big deal, but still...) has been locked up and not been cleaned out for use in several years. The gate is never in working order. Shootings, apartment and car break-ins, car theft and other crimes are the every day norm. The people in the office are rude and stuck up. If you have any respect for yourself, DO NOT live here.

Whatever you do, do NOT live here. It is absolutely filthy and surrounded by crime. The management is absolutely terrible, they are only out for profit and have no respect for the tenants. The office receptionist is the rudest, most unfriendly person who will not help you what so ever. Something wrong with your apartment? Tough luck. It'll take weeks to get anything fixed and even if they do fix it, they leave it more broken than it was in the first place. Also expect the water to be turned off randomly without any notice. This place is a total joke, do not waste your time or money.

Just awful place to live Its terrible. i mean the people in the dang office are very rude and roaches crawling everywere way too many robbeis and way too many crimanals
