HORRIBLE. RUDE. INEPT.

This is THE WORST banking experience every time we go.

Uninformed UNHELPFUL RUDE tellers. Every employee I have dealt with for the past 5 months since we opened an account there has been a PERFECT example of how NOT to treat customers. What a joke. Ugliest bunch of women I've seen in a long long time all in one place. "Beauty is only skin deep. But ugly goes ALL the way to the bone." Now that should be on their sign. Fair warning.
