Way overpriced and unresponsive management. The covered parking space, for which I paid extra, was turned out to already be leased to someone else and so for a year I had to park in the back of the building despite the fact that I lived in the front. In addition, a little over a year after I started living there, they replaced some of my cabinet fronts (doors and drawers) with new ones that didn't match the original cabinets. It looked terrible. They never fixed the problem as long as I lived there (nearly a year) and they never offered me a break in rent, even though they were in breach of our lease agreement, which clearly stated they would maintain the fixtures in the apartment. Finally, after I made my final rent payment, which I always paid on time, they tried to charge me an extra $150 for a month-to-month rate and then charged me even more for repairs of issues that weren't my fault. Also, the foundation is shifting and left a huge crack in the wall of my second bedroom. Terrible place to live. Don't do it.

This place has been a nightmare. Working with these people is exhausting. First they put us in the wrong apartment so we had to move twice on our own dime in one month. The apartment they moved us to was less than superb for the 1350 we were paint in rent. Frayed carpet, broken lights... which was never fixed. We had 1215 tied up in the apartment and guess how much it cost for "repairs" when we moved out? We didn't get a DIME back. It has been a complete scam.

Very expensive and low quality materials were used to build this place. Be prepared to have a long list of things to bring to the maintenance man.
