This has to be THE BEST bakery in the entire state of Arkansas. So far I've tried their vanilla cake, raspberry cake with almonds, strawberry cake, pecan pie, apple strudel and chocolate cakes. Never once have I been disappointed. And if you think you don't like a certain cake, try it from Silvek's. You will be a converter for sure. Cakes are always moist, fillings are always delicious and fresh-tasting and just unbelievable. You should also check out their cases, filled with the most delicious and tempting pastry I've seen yet. They make every kind imaginable, and then some. Being a Yankee and missing the great bakeries in NY and NJ this is right up there with the best of them. This is probably the greatest food find in Arkansas.
