This sonic has amazing staff!!

This is a place I wouln't tell my momma about. I visited them on March 18, 2013. I pulled up to the terminal and ordered a bag of ice, it was 8:10 p.m. I sat there and every car that was already there had left and another customer pulled up and they ordered and left as well. By this time its 8:30 and still I don't have my order. So I pushed the red button and call for the manager, I was informed that the manager was busy so I asked again for the manager to come out and speak with me. He finally made it out and I informed him that I made an order about 20 minutes ago and I still don't have it. He went back in and never returned. About 10 minutes he send out another worker with the bag of ice and a free route 44 drink and the worker told me that they couldn't find the receipt. I told the worker I didn't want the route 44 and that I wanted my receipt. so he went back in and told the manager what I said. then he returned back to my vehicle and told me that they couldn't give me a receipt. so I left there with no receipt and the ice that I paid for. I'm very disappointed with the service I received but they can guarntee that I won't never come back again. and I'm going to tell as many people that I can about this so called business.

This location only, makes the BEST Sweet Peach Tea!!

this sonic is extremly slow. The staff is not friendly or very helpful.The intire service experince is better at the abandon drive-through across the street.
