I must ask, is this serious? I know with a name like Supercuts, you can't and shouldn't expect much, but I do expect people to know something about cutting hair. You did go to hair school and graduate. I went to this location and asked for my hair to be cut in a stacked bob, not above my hair line in the back. In the end, the middle was longer than the front and the back and the back was between 2 - 3 inches above my hair line. The guy didnt pay attention to anything that I asked and he was spaced out most of the time I was in the chair. No conversation, nothing. If you are going to work with people, you should at least fake it.
