"Home of the 20min iPhone Repairs" that entails missing screws, damage inside, and left untested. I am a professional electronic repair technician, and I can attest you should never trust a business ran this way.

Shea,im sorry you had a bad experience..Your first screen was defective so we replaced it free of charge per our warranty. On the APN settings and sim card issue, that is a problem with the carrier witch was stright talk in this case. Im very sorry, we have no acess to the service they provide with there sim card but can happily help you out to the best of our abblity.Thats why I suggested contacting straight talks customer service department. Also The night you contaced me at 2am i was unfortunally downtown at a birthday party and even offered you to come to me in the middle of the night to help out with you're phone. Wasn't inteneded to be bad business or unprofessional,but to help you even in the middle of the night if I had to. I also offered to come to your work, or to go above and beyond to help you on any other problmes you was having other than your broken glass. Once again, we are truly sorry for your bad experience and would like to make it right so that you are happy. NEVER!! NEVER go here she completely destroys my main computer replacing a screen and charged 120$ to fix the screen and charging port. It still doesn't charge, constantly goes on and off, she bent the metal putting on the screen and also busted the speaker and refuses to give money back. She'd rather fix it. No obviously she can't I want my money not another messed up phone!!

NEVER EVER take your phone to this place.....EVER! I originally took my phone to them to replace my cracked screen. When I got it back, all of my APN settings were reset to factory and I could not access the internet or receive pictures or send them. I called the girl, she said that wasn't her problem and to contact Straight Talk. So, for the next week I called them and they said my phone was unable to access the APN settings mode I needed and I was unable to receive or send pics. I was able to get the internet to work. Also...my new screen I replaced didn't work at all on one side of my phone. She told me to bring it in and she would replace it for the 2nd time......this time.....I couldn't make any phone calls because I could not hear anything through my phone. I again, contacted her and she said she would come to my work and fix it. That same day, my SIM card deactivated on its own and I was not able to do anything. I immediately contacted her and she told me I could bring it to her at 1am at ERNIE BIGGS !!! how professional. Then she jumped down my throat and said that none of these problems were from her and she wouldn't fix anything. I ended up having to buy a whole new phone!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! They are rude from day 1 and will mess up everything and NOT fix it.
