HORRIBLE Customer Service

We thought we'd try them. Dropped off hubby's suit and shirt and my dress (conference gala attire) on Tuesday at 12:28pm. Was told we could pick up Wed after 5pm. We go in on Thursday morning, my dress and his shirt is ready, but not his suit. Was told it would be ready after 5pm. I left. Went to pick up this morning at 8:41 am. They rang us up to the tune of $16.22 (that's with a 25% discount for a first time customer) and I paid while they were collecting the clothes. My dress came down ok. Hubby's shirt came down okay. And they were like "okay, thank you" and I informed them the suit was missing. Not once did they check the claim check I'd given them with clearly printed 5 PIECES. So they look for it again. Oh, it's at their other store.

Are you KIDDING ME?

They call over there, but no resolution. Took my number, which they already have in the system and will call me.

SERIOUSLY?

KNOWING we're first time customers, SEEING how upset and unhappy we are, do they make any offer of amends?

This is yet another prime example of poor customer service. They just don't care. Which is why people have to get angry to get results, which is very, very sad.

So, I will patiently wait until 10:30 am which will have given them over an hour and a half and I will call back. If they have not found said suit and have it in their location or on its way, I shall start other recourses.

One way or another, hubby HAS to have a suit for conference. They shall either get his to him by noon, or they will be cutting a check for a new one.

So, again, I stress DO NOT use this dry cleaners at this location!!!!!
