great customer service & repaired my vacuum in 1 day

I left my vacuum to be repaired. I was told the charge was $35 to unclog the unit. When I returned to pick it up I had to pay $52.95 more. I disputed, unsuccessfully, because I wasn't told. Owner says I was wrong she always covers the charge. I am left with a VERY DISTASTEFUL opinion of the business. Offered to meet half way and they would not. Please be VERY CAREFUL if you have work done here.

I requested a new electric cord be put on my Electrolux vacuum. If you know anything about an Electrolux, they rewind automatically and have a specific rubber plug with a "bumper" for that purpose. When I went to pick it up, it had a $1.00 replacement plug on the end of my original cord. Lousy repair! Will NEVER use again. WARNING!

Horrible customer service . Tries to over charge customers and will not give them back thier vacuums . Keeps making excuses and lies to whats wrong .
