The coaching staff here is the most diverse I have seen in the mid south! Also, the facility is HUGE, no over crowding! Its really neat to train along side UFC, Bellator and Strikeforce fighters even if you are a beginner! Also the kids mixed martial arts classes are top notch. Children's martial arts for fitness and discipline!
