I agree with all of the reviews. The customer service is the worse. Once you get pass the crabby apples, I find some of intake people and the blood takers competent, kind and professional. It's just getting by the beasts at the door. I have been coming since my kids were toddlers when it wasn't so bad, but over the years it's gotten worse!

This is the WORST place to go! My third time back with 2 kids under 5 and the customer service could not have been worse. The staff is extremely rude. I patiently waited over an hour with 2 extremely restless kids for my 3 yo to be seen (not uncommon for this location) and when I very politely asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it would be before we were seen, she responded with the worst attitude, she started by rolling her eyes like I had inconvenienced her by asking, and basically told me that it would be another hour. Absolutely no regard or compassion or manners! I had no choice but to leave after 90 mins of waiting!! There is nothing I hate more than bad customer service and this is the epitome of it. I should never have gone back and given them the benefit of the doubt. No matter how busy a business is, there is absolutely no excuse for rudeness to the customers who keep you in business. I urge you to go anywhere else. This lab does not deserve your business.

My husband and I had appointments scheduled at 8:45 and 9:15, respectively on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016. Upon arriving I signed in and was told to have a seat (there was only one additional person in the waiting room). A person walked in and was immediately told to go in. So I approached the front desk and asked the person sitting toward the back why my name had not been called, since I had a scheduled appointment and the women before did not. I was told that they called my name. Needless to say, I was dumbfounded since I did not hear my name called nor did anyone step in the doorway of the waiting room to look around and see that we were clearly seated there. Perhaps you should retrain your employees as this is an inefficient way to run a business. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE OFFICE STAFF - NOT THE TECHNICIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
