My brother took his 2006 Dodge Dakota in for steering problem. They changed the power steering pump and charged him $600. He drove out with the same steering problem he went in with but the supervisor said he pays his mechanics good money and can't see why they can't get it right. My brother took it to another garage and found the steering knuckle was rusted up. Some lubricant and steering all fixed. WHAT A RIP OFF by Rock City Dodge. Never refunded any money or offered any thing in return.

I purchased a car here,my dealer was not the brightest, and i took it there to get fixed and they said it would b ready that day, i call the next day and they havent even started working on it yet. The 'loaner' car they gave me reeked of smoke and was dirty. Not to mention the gas light was on. I WOULD NEVER let anyone i know purchase a car here... waste of time and money

Ask to fix truck & inspect. Ask to add tow bill to garage bill. Said yes to all. Did NOT inspect, did NOT add tow bill to garage bill, & put part on truck that was NOT needed!!!! Will NEVER take vehicles there again!!!!
