I went into ATB about a year ago to sign up for their $25.00 unlimited package. I had to tell the girl NO 4 times I do not want a contract! There is no way in hell ill sign a 2 years contract at $120 a month for tanning. You have to be out of your mind! After having to repeat myself about 20,000 times that I only want the $25 a month no contract deal, she signed me up. After that month I stopped going. The staff was rude and everytime I went in they would go through a whole speech trying to get me on a contract. About 6 months later, I receive a call from a collections agency stating that I owe ATB $878 for a contract I signed at $120 a month! My mInd was blown, i never signed this. After hours of arguing with the collections rep he finally said "let me examine the signatures from your ID and contract and ill get back to you." He called me back and said "we've determined the signatures don't match and well be writing this off today!" Someone forged my signature?! Are you kidding me?! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER! Since I have been tanning at darque tan for about 1 year, NO CONTRACTS, no pushy sales girls, just a relaxing environment with lots of super sweet girls that only sell you something if you inquire about it. But once you say no then it's no. I love this place!
