In December my hard drive failed. It was under warranty. I had a platinum (premium?) plan with a large computer store in town. The service plan was costly and not worth the paper it was printed on. The wait time for a new drive from Sony was WEEKS! I was feeling a little desperate. A friend recommended that I call Carl Johnson. Within about one day Carl recovered ALL the data on my failed drive, far exceeding my expectations. Within a few days I went from not having heard of Computer Trouble Shooters to recommending them to all my friends. I have never written an online recommendation before...but I decided to write this to prevent anyone else from going through all the anxiety I went through when my hard drive failed. These guys know their stuff! They came to my wife's rescue more than once when her computer was 'dying'. They are also experts in helping small businesses with all of their computer needs, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

Computer Troubleshooters helped us out when our external storage unit crashed. Carl was able to retrieve our data and get us up and running in a timely manner. We had a very good experience overall and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.
