My passion is working with individuals, couples, and families to help them connect to the world that surrounds them. Do you ever feel like no one understand you or what you are going through? Does it feel like if you were to reach out no one would ever understand? Disconnection is the core to most of our daily struggles. My goal as a counselor is to work alongside you to help you unveil your adversities and foster connection with those surrounding you. So, if you are struggling to overcome anxiety, trauma (past or present), relational matters, depression, loss, or other transitional difficulties, I encourage you, reach out and take that first step toward healing. I strive to offer a safe space where anyone, with any problem, can come as they are and find refuge in their adversity.
