My 7 year old son and I have been training at Exclusive Martial Arts for over 2 years, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. They are very family oriented, with great training and outstanding instructors. Highly recommended.

This review is for the fitness division. I've been doing kickboxing with them for almost two years and I love it. It has been a great way to let off steam, get a great workout and have fun at the same time. I really enjoy the instructors and how they change things up so there is never a dull moment. I highly recommend EMA for kickboxing.

I have been going to EMA for 6 years. I like it because the instructors push me to my limits in a good way. They also make me believe in myself to keep going.

My son has been coming for 5 months and loves it. It has changed his self esteem, confidence, attitude, and many other things!

I love this place because my family and I can learn together from great instructors. The classes are taught at a great pace and we always get a wonderful workout. Master Young mixes his humor and knowledge together which make a fun atmosphere while maintaining discipline from classes with a wide age range. I highly recommend EMA to anyone who is just getting started or returning to martial arts!

EMA is awesome!! Great instructors, who are all patient with the kids and take their time with them. Both my girls look forward to becoming black belts some day because of them. I can't say enough good things about EMA.

Also, the EMA fitness division is great. Kickboxing kicks my butt everytime!! I enjoy being able to take aggression out on a bag!!

After having breast cancer twice I needed to ramp up my workout routine to reduce stress as well as gain back strength and muscle tone. The kickboxing classes at Exclusive Martial Arts are exactly what I needed. The instructors are great and took the time to talk with me and show me how to modify the movements which kept me coming back. I have been coming for over a year now and have had amazing results. The classes are always different and challenging. I highly recommend giving kickboxing at EMA a try!

I’ve never stuck with an exercise program for long. Maybe 3 months. I’ve been with EMA for over a year and absolutely love it. I recently had a shoulder repair and the team of instructors worked with me to improvise movements. I feel stronger and better than I did ten years ago!

My son loves this school he has been going here for some time now after his old schools closed. My son has gained confidence and discipline. He has made some great friends in the time he has been going to EMA. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.

This is my Happy Place! I felt welcome the second I walked in the door. The instructors Shawn, Robin, Kathi and Laura are all amazing! This has become my family and I?m getting stronger while I work out with people who build me up. Coming to EMA kickboxing was the best decision I have ever made. I?m a lifer!!!

I have been going to this karate school for over 4 years and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. Would for sure recommend it for anyone who wants to learn!

Master Young and gang have been teaching my kids for a few years. They have learned so much and have gained confidence in their own abilities through their program. They have a great facility that also has a program for the parents. Check it out!

Both of my children have been training with Master Young and his staff for almost two years. Not only do they know how to keep them engaged, but the discipline and confidence they picked up along the way is absolutely valuable to their growth into young adults. Super fun classes with a great curriculum, highly recommended!

From Ian: When i was in second grade i took a demo of Exclusive Martial Arts and ever since then i've been hooked. I've continued on and now i am in level 2 (they have certain levels like 123 prep cycle and black belt). I love this karate school and i do recommend them. If you take my suggestion and start at EMA, I know you will love them as much as i do.

Master Young and all the instructors are so great there! It is perfect for kids and adults! Highly recommended
