My sister,my niece, and myself had went to get our nails done. We all had gotten pedicures and manicures. A little bit into our pedis they started getting busy and rushed us,then we had gotten shellac manis and the guy who works there totally was rude and didnt do what we had asked him to do on my neices nails. Now only a week later the white on our nails turned an ugly brown color. My sister had went in to tell them something about it and they wanted to charge her full price when they messed up,shellac is supposed to last a lot longer than a week,especially with how much they charge for it. She refused paying full price for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE and when she went to leave the guy called her a "Cheap A**"!! This is horrible service, what kind of person talks to a customer who gives them a lot of business that way? We pay his bills he don't pay ours and for him to be so rude over their mess up shows they don't take pride in what they do or have respect for their customers! So I totally don't recommend going to this nail salon! Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!( They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to put to submit this review)
