>>>>HORRIBLE SERVICE<<<< I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left with grease marks on the seat of an almost new car (14k miles), no valve stem caps on the passenger side, dirty windows (they weren't touched even thoough it was checked off on the service order), and tires that were never rotated. My vehicle never left the oil change bay until I drove it away from the exit side after the oil change. I spoke to the manager (Brian Mizell) who said he would "have a huddle" with the service guys but offered nothing further until I pressed the issue. All he offered me was 20% off future visits. + My receipt shows I payed for the rotation which still hasn't happened. THERE WON'T BE FUTURE VISITS J/A!!!
