After having a rather serious rollover accident a number of years ago and having gone through a number of therapists, chiropractors, etc., I was tired of dealing with it. However, I gave it another try and with Justin Clifford at Functional Performance Center I found relief, renewed strength, and function beyond my wildest dreams and began to do things I had not been able to do in years...such as a push-up, or rotate my back to strengthen it...or simply move freely and without pain. It took some hard work and I still need to continue doing the exercises, but it is actually fun to do them knowing that I am getting stronger and healthier every day.

Everyone is on a first-name basis at this facility. It is conveniently located on the first floor of the Swedish Healthpark (next to Clement Park). Two therapists, Justin and Lauren, work closely together to develop a client-unique and appropriate treatment regimen. This really helped in my situation. The in-facility treatments are balanced with homework - I feel like I'm making rapid progress. What I like best is that both therapists take whatever time you need to make progress during each appointment. I haven't figured out how they do this and stay on schedule (I've never been kept waiting more than a couple of minutes for my appointments.) I highly recommend them.
