FREE Personal Coaching Sessions. When you become a member, you will receive 3 personal coaching sessions within your first month of membership with one of our expert personal trainers. These three sessions will provide you guidance, direction, and an easy to follow workout as per your personal goals. Additionally, you will receive a free "check-up" with a personal trainer every 3-months throughout your membership. Personal Training. Our staff of certified personal trainers will design individual and small group training sessions customized to meet your unique needs and goals. Private and partner training sessions available, as well as, small group training for 3-6 people. Sport Conditioning Class. No matter what your specific training needs, this class will challenge your comfort zone! The class consists of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, core strength and power, and flexibility. Group Exercise. Level 7's version of group exercise takes on a personal approach. We periodically have special group exercise classes that jump-start your fitness engine. When you need variety and a boost of support and confidence, our group exercise is for you! Personalized Exercise Scripts Need a plan? Want to save some money? Don't feel you need a trainer? Whatever the case, we have a solution - our Personalized Exercise Scripts.
