If anyone looking to buy an Audi don't ever go to this dealership, irresponsible and dishonest! Onces they sold you the car, they're through with not to mention the service department don't even know what the hell they talking about/ looking for to fix! It's took me more than 3x to fix the car in a month and there were still problem! Makes me really dissapointed bc this is the first time I own an Audi. I live nearly an hour away from the dealership, it very in convince to have to work 6days a week and tried to arrange the appt. to get the car fix, but they never serious about getting the job done in the first place!!! First and last time purchase a car here!!

I have two Volkswagens and when I buy parts for them I find that McDonald is always 20% to 30% higher than other Volkswagen dealers in the area.



When I bought my first VW I shopped at McDonald but didn't buy there. The prices are higher and they will not sell a car without window tinting and clear bra, for which they charge much higher prices than you would pay for someone else to do it. So I bought my car elsewhere and paid for someone to put on the clear bra afterward.



Take the time to go to a different dealer, it is worth it.

I purchased an Audi A4 from these guys earlier this year. The buying process was a nightmare. When I went to pick up my car, there were several things wrong with it right off the bat. It took 3 visits to the dealership before the issues were finally resolved. A few months later, my tire light was on and I took the vehicle in to find out what was going on. The service tech turned off the light and told me it was "no big deal. Happened all the time." However, 2 days later, I had a blow out on I25. Were they kidding me?!



I love love love my Audi but would NEVER purchase another vehicle from this group.
