I have known Jim and Barbi Lux for several years and served with Jim on our community's HOA Board. Jim is an honest, thoughtful and cost conscious individual who always has the best interest of the community and its homeowners in mind. I have no doubt that he and Barbi run their business in the same way and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

Jim is every homeowner's dream realtor whether buying or selling property. He cares for customers and keeps their best interest at heart. I have worked with other brokers and find that Jim is the best there is.

I worked with Jim & Barbee a few years ago purchasing a home. I found them to be extremely informative about the buying process and very helpful with assisting in finding financing as well. They were very familiar with the area I was interested in and very patient with the decision making process, which I very much appreciated. Jim and Barbee were always willing to work around my schedule and were very personable, making me feel as if I were there most important client. When i came time to make an offer on a townhome, I was even more impressed and pleased as Barbee's bargaining skills are amazing & the amount of money they saved me off the asking price allowed for me to refurbish the interior far sooner then I had hoped! I would recommend their services to anyone who's interested in working with a professional, knowledable & extremely personable group of realtors. It certainly made the buying process a comfortable and pleasant experience.
