I rented a wheelchair for a friend. Jamie provided great service when I picked up the chair. However, we had to return the chair because my friend needed a different kind that National did not have. When we returned the chair, Jamie waited for 15 minutes after they closed until I could get there after work. She was so nice and professional. AND they gave us a full refund even though we had the chair for three days.I would do business with these people anytime!

WOW, WOW, WOW, I never ever write reveiws, but after the years of service that I have received form this compnay, I thought I could take time out of my day to tell everybody to stop shopping aroudn adn go to National Medical Supply, The staff is the best well trained, caring staff I have ever worked with. Even if you stop in and dont buy from them, they will get you all the answers to make sure you get what you need. In the years I have been buying/renting medical supplies, I have never seen such a professional General Manager before. He will do what it takes to make sure you get the right supply for the right price. There is not enough space on this board to express how this company is so perfect!!! From Rentals, (Knee Walker, Wheelchairs, Trnaport Chairs, Walkers, Rollators, Crutches) or to purchase, this is the absolute best medical supply company in COLORADO!!!

I have been using this company for a very long time. My mother needed multiple medical items and this is a one stop shop. They have always had EVERTHING we needed. They have the friendliest staff and are very knowledgeable. I have bought hand rails, a walker and then we got mom a really nice scooter! I recently broke my ankle camping and the pleasant staff had a knee scooter delivered to my house so I could get around. Their prices are the best I have found after shopping around. I highly recommend this place.

This company was just awful to work with. When picking up the scooter, there were a couple of damages to the scooter, and the scooter did not turn properly. They were made aware of the problems at the time of pick-up. The price quoted to the customer for the scooter rental was $35.00 per day. When the scooter was returned, they changed the price to $45.00, and would not honor what the customer was told at pickup. Then they said the customer damaged the cart. The people that work for this company are not professional at all. This company should never be recommended.

I needed to get a scooter for my dad who has a hard time walking nowadays. I wanted to make sure that I was making the right decision. The staff at National was so pleasant and provided me with all the information. I am glad I choose to purchase from them.

I bought a scooter for my mom and they delivered it before she came back from vacation. Great service. I would recommend them.
