Provided by YP.comMy vehicle left me stranded on the side of the highway, after contacting my insurance they sent me a truck from Rush Towing and a driver by the name of Joe. All my electrical stopped working and it was hard to get out of the driver side door as the traffic was going by fast. I couldnt get out of the passenger side as I have a huge 7 month pregnant belly and my seat was not moving nor my windows working, it was so hot out and I was panicking. I asked tow truck dispatcher if they could hurry as I was pregnant and the heat was awful, Joe arrived and looked rushed because he was genuniely concerned and made it to be FASTER than the time i was told. He offered water and was just so sweet, he was heaven sent!

Provided by YP.comRush was just sold earlier this year and it's a shame. The previous owner was great and he provided great service and customer service, and he was always pleasant and knew you by name when you walked in the door. You could just tell he genuinely enjoyed helping people and cared about his company's reputation.
Unfortunately, the new ownership is extremely disappointing and frustrating compared to what it used to be. The customer service is absolutely horrible now! The guy doesn't give you his name (probably for a reason) and is so rude and argumentative. Also, I may not be a car expert but I'm certainly no dunce and customers do not appreciate being treated like they're stupid, or talked to in a demeaning and aggressive manner.
Rush used to be my go-to, mechanic and I could count on fair prices, great service with quick turnaround time and a pleasant experience. This is far from the truth now and it's so disappointing how the reputation one man spent years to build can be destroyed so quickly by someone else. Customer service is definitely not what it used to be at all, and I hope that if enough people are willing to speak about it they will address the issue. I am finding a new mechanic ASAP and would no longer recommend Rush to anyone I know.

Provided by YP.comHands down, the best repair shop! Pricing is worth every penny because they stake their rep. on quality work and customer service. Jim makes the whole experience great. They mean RUSH! I had a trans drop and the complete repair was and a three day turn around! That included the weekend. Don't take your car anywhere else...

Provided by YP.comTook my car to the dealer who, I thought, gave me a very high estimate. Had a friend who referred me to this shop. Left the dealer and went to these guys. They did more work than the dealer estimate for about $2000.00 less than the dealer. They did the work right and were very fair with their price. Nice to find an honest mechanic.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a damaged automobile on E-Bay from Littleton and Rush Automotive removed it to their location and worked with the transporter to effect a smooth and successful loading without further damage to the car. Thanks for all the help from a very satisfied and appreciative Ohio owner. R. Stemen

Provided by YP.comThey messed up my car, scratched it all up. The driver didn't know what the hell he was doing. Do not go to this company. EVER!
INTERESTING THAT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL REGARDING THIS INCIDENT. LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THIS IS A BOGUS AND SLANDEROUS COMMENT. IF THERE IS ANY TRUTH TO IT, BRING THE VEHICLE IN AND LET ME INSPECT IT.
