I have used these folks twice, and TWICE they've messed up!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! One time they didn't repair the buckle on my boot, and then they lost my boots for 1 month, not knowing any clue as to where they were. I had to drive 50 miles to this location each time (total 100 miles per trip) to NOT have my boots. The first pair of boots I took them I needed stretched. Went the first time on pick-up date, not stretched the correct way", 2nd time promised, not stretched the right way, 3rd time not correct, decided to go elsewhere. On the other pair of boots I wanted a "vibram sole" put on another pair of boots, (the ones they lost for 1 month), then when I finally did get them back they were NOT what I wanted and they WAY over charged!!! GO ELSEWHERE, YOU WILL REGRET THEIR WORK FOR SHOES!!! PLUS their English is VERY BAD, it takes "over and over and over" explanation of what you want!!!
