They asked for the basics on what haircut I wanted, which is great, but then they did things to my hair I didn't ask for. Gave me huge "white walls" that I've never had before. Didn't even know what they were until I received them. Not a good thing to essentially shave a part of someones head without asking them about it fist. The price was reasonable, can watch TV while getting a haircut, and I even received a coupon for 25% off the sandwich shop next door.
