I would not recommend this company for cleaning furnace ducts. The technician did not show up with a working camera to demonstrate the ducts were clean. He did not have the appropriate sized brushes to get the ducts clean. What I could see did not come out clean and he said that was as good as he could do.

This company has two prices: $109 and $189 when the tech came he charged us the $189 without offering the $109 rate. Our carpets are only a year old and he even commented, your carpets are so clean. I'm out $80 because they didn't think it was necessary to tell me they sell two different products, just quotes me their highest price. I called and got no satisfaction just basically a that's too bad. Never using this bamboozling company again.
