We used Strong Man Moving USA services to move a couple of refrigerators on 1/5. Our experience started with being advised the movers would be there by 10am. After they didn't arrive by 10:30 we called and was advised it was a window from 10-12. At about 12:30 we called again and we were told there was a mix-up and they should be there no later than 2. During these calls we mentioned that we wanted to ensure they have the correct tools multiple times because we just spent a lot of money refinishing our wood floors, and we didn't want to damage them. They assured us this would not be a problem. The movers finally arrived at 3pm WITHOUT the correct tools. They assured us they could move the refrigerators without any issues. After about an hour of planning and removing the front doors they finally were able to move the refrigerators to the requested locations, but during the move they had put 2 new scratches in our wooden floor. Despite multiple requests to ensure they bring the correct moving equipment, and brushing off my wife our new floor is ruined in multiple locations. I figured as a first step I would try to contact them and ask them to resolve the issue. The response was the same every time. He advised that I should have told them about the issue right then and there instead of contacting him 6 days later, and after exchanging 6 emails with him he has insisted that my insurance cover the damage.

Professional - even had on matching work shirts. Happy with the move - very affordable.
