Justin, Jane and their team do an incredible job and never fail to very expectations. From pieces already created in the store or building one of a kind, they know how to make you beyond pleased!

Chandra helped us to upgrade my wedding set for our 30 yr anniversary! She was knowledgeable and professional and no pressure at all. She patiently showed us all we wanted to look at and even helped us to design a small additional band using some of the small stones from my original band. The entire set is beautiful and we couldn't be happier!

I can not say enough about Trice! The service, selection and the stores atmosphere is hands down the best in Denver! I was lucky enough to work with Justin and not only was he knowledgeable about the product he was equally friendly I got exactly what I was looking for and I show it off daily! I have been using Trice for watch repair for a few years. I am always impressed by their service and excellent staff. I have never felt the imperiousness one gets at other high-end stores. No one is looking down their nose with the attitude that seems to say, "What are you doing here?" Always feel like a valued customer. They also carry a huge line of merchandise.

Whether buying a new piece of jewelry or having my watch battery replaced, Trice treats me as an important customer. I will continue going back and referring people. Much better than Hyde Park.
