Provided by YP.comThere is a reason there are so many complaints about this place! I found them to be very unethical and untruthful. They are only interested in getting your money.

Provided by YP.comI reacted to the altitude and cat that was in our vacation rental. Didnt bring my inhaler and set up an appt with a doc. That morning felt like passing and panicked by calling paramedics. Didnt need to be transported but drove to the scheduled dr appt. They took my vitals and pulse oximeter which was normal but referred me since they didn’t have resources to treat. They didn’t charge me and referred me to Urgent Care of Colorado nearby. Explaining in full detail to urgent Care of Colorado, including previous doctor visit and paramedics..they confirmed they had the resources to treat me. Took my vitals....the exact thing that was done minutes before at the previous office and referred me to the ER. They lied to me and charged me ultimately 189 to take my temp and tell me to go to ER. The ER nurse said it was unethical to charge me and get a refund. No charge at that Er either because didn’t need emergency care. Spent months trying to get my money back from Urgent Care of Colorado but they charged me another $89 for nothing.Waited for a response and requested records to understand why they refused to treat me. No records but a demand for payment in 24 hours or collections weeks before Christmas forcing me to pay without records. I just learned,They can exploit the system by getting insurance payments as soon as they take u back. I’m certain they had no intention to treat but they knew if they took my temp they could charge 189. They claim they would have been liable referring me for risk of accident but that’s exactly what they did....except they got 189 out of me first. This could be the biggest sham of an operation I’ve ever witnessed. Beware of this place. If you see one complaint, imagine all those who don’t post. There are ways companies can control the number of negative complaints. They can also get folks to buffer with a bunch of faux reports. My case speaks volumes in terms of their customer service. I’ve had better treatment at Walmart!

Provided by YPmobileI received excellent care. I went in due to side ache. The doctor is very good, told me to go to emergency room and thank God I did.

Provided by YPmobileDue to our family physician being out of town, I took my wife here for a bladder infection. The medical tech barely spoke English and asked the same questions repeatedly, like he just wasn't getting it. The doctor was ok and prescribed an antibiotic. The next morning my wifes face was swollen due to an adverse reaction to the meds. I called and told them she needed to be seen again due to the allergic reaction. The same tech answered the phone and was more concerned with telling me we would have to pay another co-pay than he was concerned for the patient. He repeated himself about the co-pay and never asked about my wife's condition. I will never subject my family to this awful facility again. I will pay the ER next time and get proper care, where they're more concerned about the patient than the money.

I was very pleased with my recent experience at this Urgent Care. The staff was very prompt and helpful. I went in as a self pay and the man up front was very nice and explained it all very well to me. I will definitely come back.

Everyone here was courteous and professional. The wait was only a few moments and there were no unnecessary tests done. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Provided by YP.comCare here is sporadic -- Dr. Hernandez is very personable and takes good care to thoroughly examine and discuss questions; Dr. Cooper less so. Like other reviews, I had an experience where the doctor (Cooper) did not do an examination and instead referred me another place but still charged for the visit. Just feels like insult to injury. If you have another option, take it unless Hernandez is on that day.
