I had been with Sprint for 23 years and finally decided to leave after T-Mobile took over. I have 7 lines and I knew this was not going to be easy. Spent 4 hours with Savannah switching all the lines and setting up new devices. She was a delight to work with and made it seem much less painful than I had anticipated. She was professional, courteous and informative. She took the time to explain all the credits, fees and future gift cards with the new plan. I knew it was going to cost a small fortune to leave T-Mobile but she explained it would be a break even on equipment once all the incentives, rebate and gift card took place, and my monthly bill dropped with all new devices. Savannah was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely go back for any future cellular needs.
