I will never step foot in this store again. 45 min. wait to make a return. Seriously 45 min to return a Mirco SP card.The thing that really upset me is I found the exact same card new on E-bay for $6.00 Verizon Store :$29.99 Waste of time and money. Also the phones are way over priced. If you go to a satalite vender like Walmart or anywhere but here and I guarantee a better deal. Also the sales people are rude and treat you like an idiot if you ask them a qustion about the phone. The girl that helped me flat out lied to me to sell me the phone and told me I didn't need a mirco card i could just DL the pictures directly from the phone using USB....Wrong! just a bad experience all together!
