i am a littleton native and i(we) chose to take up residency at the the apartments located at 5539 s. windermere, in littleton colo. we paid our rent and put up with management that was un-responsive to the norms that are given in a lease agreement. my wife and i made numerous requests for maintenence:ie our front door only stayed closed with the bolt lock secured, having to keep a key in the lock at all times to ensure an exit in case of an emergency. having a laundry room is a "priveledge". New windows were installed, with the promise of new blinds. When installed (five months later) our bedroom was left a mess wth my tv/sterio left in ruins. Sub-stadard plumbing that resulted in days and weeks of no hot water(i guess a hot shower is a priveledge also) management, in particular "Adam" had made many unfufilled agreements with us about our concernes, then ignored the fact that there was animal feces in the hallways. for those whom are looking for a safe enviornment for yourself and fa
