Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From the time we walked through the door Kim helped with backsplash tile product selection and grout color.

Spent over $9G having this floor installed. The installer showed up whenever. Took five days to install the remaining few pieces of molding, after 7-8 months the floor is still creaking, two boards are bowed and ended up moving my own furniture back in!

Excellent range of flooring choices. Mandy is very knowledgable and has an excellent eye for color. She was very patient as we obsessed over our choices and offered excellent guidance. She priced several choices for us in a timely manner and promptly returned our calls and emails. Installation went without a hitch and we have stunning hardwoods and tile throughout the house. Highly recommend this business. Fantastic products, installation, and follow-up.

Terrible service, poor installation, and floor creaks everywhere. But the countertops are great!!
