My husband and I are going through a divorce ,He took the title to Title Loan In Littleton Nh .The manager Elizabeth told him that he needed to have me sign the title ,He left and 15 minutes came back forging my name .He did not print my name on it and in front of her printed my name ,A few weeks later I found out I went to Title cash The associate was outside on her cell phone smacking gum > I explained the situation and when she heard my story she said that cant happen here .She went to get the file and said this doesn't look at all like your signature ,The interest is approximately 200 percent, and they want to reposes your car ,We went to a hearing with the State and of course one of their delegates showed up telling the hearing officer everything was done on the up and Up but everyone involved knows That the manager knew that my future ex forged it and all she cared about was the almighty dollar, Once he payed off the title loan the vehicle would of been legally his , This is a scam business ,do whatever you can not to do business with them, One person I told my story to said :even the mafia doesn't get 200 percent.
