Went into Keens Building and dealt with sales manager Bily Jenkins. Choose our garage we wanted and signed the contract. He explained the whole process. We also needed concrete slab.

Billy took care of all recommdations. Clark Concrete were the ones they recommended.

The crew that came out to put the garage together were great. Extremely professional, hard workers.

If you are looking for an honest company to deal with along with courtesy and hard workers, you need to go to Keens Builders in Live Oak, Florida. You will be very satisfied

They took advantage of me did a switch and bait on finance said one thing then said another and then changed terms they work with finance company and they work together if you know what I mean, they will say anything to make a sell have so much paper work to sign with a lot of fine print ,like the show on TV when I told them that I was unaware I had signed for a loan the way the salesman worked the paper work they knew it was shifty but they had me and kept bouncing me back to the finance company they would bounce me back to Keen's in live oak Florida I felt they were on the same team passing the ball back and forth using me as the ball it was a slam dunk done deal But to show me they were being sportsmen they let me ride the merry go round for free, just had to pay someone to stop it. IF YOU HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM AND FEEL THE SAME ( I AM SORRY ) I say this because this will be the only apologies you will ever get. BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS I could do this all night just to try to save you the trouble you will have if you buy anything from them I HAVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE WHO WERE NEEDING BUILDINGS TO GO TO LAKE CITY AND THEY DELIVER TOO. GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE I WILL CONTINUE TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THEM SO STAY TUNED TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT THEM IS MY DUTY TO ALL AND I WILL FOR EVER BE ON THERE REVIEW INFO. What an excellent sales team and fast delivery. I wanted a custom steel farmhouse built and Keen's got it right. I would recommend the to everyone in Live Oak and the surrounding locations.

AWESOME Had a large carport put in for RV and to cover truck and golf cart. Price was good and Daniel and his crew were very professional at installing. Very happy customer.

Buying a building through Keens was a great experience! The building was everything we wanted & they were absolutely professional in setting it up! Prompt but exacting in it's construction. No guesswork!
