I have been to this location about a dozon times or so and they have disappointed me greatly. I am the biggest charbroiled/ bbq sauce fan in the world so I thought for sure I found my new favorite place. It seems like everytime they mess something up. First they always take forever. Twice now they have forgotten my food and I admit I should have checked but it was late and I was the only one there. But the first time I went back immediately and got my food. But the second time I gave the lady my name and told her I would drive back and pick it up but it was already really late and I was tired. I went back about a week later and made an order and told the manager about the situation and he just told me "my name wasn't on the list, so I cant give you the burger." Funny, I thought, cause he never asked my name. I continued to try and understand why I could not have something I have already paid for. But he said it was policy if I wanted it I would have to come back at 9 to talk to the gm. I work. I cant do that nor do I want to for a burger. Then he accuses me of previously cursing him out and brings up a personal quarrel that has nothing to do with the situation. I have had
