I was extremely pleased with the purchase of my new 2014 Ford-F250. my salesman Rick Huelsenbeck was very professional and very knowledgable of the vehicle I ended up with, he showed me a couple of vehicles before I decided on one. The fact the he enjoys his job really shows in his professionalism. Mr. Huelsenbeck is an asset to your company, I have bought several vehicles from Jordan Ford because of Mr. Huelsenbeck, he is presistant.

Took my new truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 hours and as I was leaving, I noticed that they had not rotated the tires (although the paperwork said so). Called the Service Manager since they want us "completely satisfied". Told him based on this experience, how can I even be sure they changed the oil? They could have just parked it out back and made me wait 2 hours. He said to bring it back two days later and meet with him, which I did, but he was "stuck in a meeting". I figured since they had already wasted 2 hours of my time, he would have at least left instructions to have it done immediately - nope, I was told to wait 1:15 to 1:30. I left, called his office, and told his secretary I can get the oil changed elsewhere in 20 minutes, and the tires rotated elsewhere in 20 minutes. The quality of service is unsatisfactory considering I just bought a $50K truck there. To top it off, I never heard back after that. Friends, this is why I just bought a new Mustang from Bluebonnet in New Braunfels. I recommend others take their business elsewhere too. Seems like they are really "One Team, One Goal, One Family" right up until you sign on the dotted line, then you are just a stepchild.

Jordan Ford has been awesome, got a great deal on a Ford Escape and enjoy doing business with them. Everyone from the salesman, to the finance mgr., to the guy who filled up the tank for me was very friendly.We love it and great service!

Experience was the best! No pressure sales guys and knowledgable staff. Bought a car from Jeff slaughter and he was awesome! I would recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service!

Lee Eftling is the most awesome attribute at Jordan Ford. He listens and works hard to see that every customer's needs are met. He went above and beyond to help me. My entire experience was excellent. From my salesperson Lee Efting all the way through the finance dept with Mike Parra. I have zero complaints. I was in/out within 4 hrs which included driving 2 cars, working the car deal, finance and make ready. Absolutely met all my expectations.
