Terrible terrible customer service. Evening boy rude and lazy. Wouldn't make our pizza, because we asked too late, he wasn't even done adding veggies to our sandwiches. There was a line and he said we had to get back in line. I'm done with this location!! Find another subway or go to mcallisters!

Horrible customer service. Young guy works at night with glasses and ponytail. Came in on 2 seperate occasions at least an hour before closing and he had such an attitude. First time he was outside smoking, saw us pull up, and came inside to make our food and first thing that came out of his mouth was "I was trying to take a break". Like we were suppose to know. Not a "hi how are yall doing tonight" or anything. This day which was just 20 minutes ago, he shook his head as we walked in because he was closing everything up already when it was 10 when we walked in and they don't close till 11. he's taking the lids off things he covered and was throwing them on the counter. When I asked for mine he stated "I've been having to prep stuff all day since people won't stop coming in", with a horrible attitude.



I worked in the food industry at 2 seperate places, whether you hate your job or not or you've had a crappy day, it's your job as an employee to give your customers the best service so they enjoy coming back. Not so that they don't and remember this specific subway as the one with crappy customer service and horrible attitudes.

When I visit this Subway Restaurant, I find the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. The vegetables are fresh, and no matter which sandwich we choose, it is always tasty.
