WARNING WARNING. Bait and switch.



I placed an order for a complete replacement/balance of 4 Hancook tires on their online system. The price was competitive. After setting up the appointment, I called in that same day to confirm they had the tires in stock. They said 2 were instock and they will get 2 more from their warehouse. A week later, on my apointment date, I called to confirm again and they assured me everything was a go.



When I got there, 9AM on the day of the apt. they tried really hard to switch me to several more expensive tires. I kindly refused and told them to stick with what I had ordered online. Then they came out and said, they only have 2 tires and the others were not available. I told them that I had made the appointment a week ago and they should have the tires ready. The sales rep kept saying but we have these more expensive tires they can try to discount but will still be more expensive.



WTF, if I wanted a different brand, I would have selected them from the beginning. They just kept trying to sell me the upgrade tires. I just had to walk out of there. Going to Les Schwab next time.



These guys have turned into crooks. Trying to squeeze as much money as they can out of their customers.
