Susan Saul is no longer at this location. The phone number listed is not in service. She has money of ours since I wrote her a check in February, 2017. The check was cashed. She never completed our project or returned the down payment. Communication with her ended in May when she stopped responding to texts, emails and phone calls. Hurtful and embarrassing. Legal action is the only way to a possible resolution.
