Well, let me tell you. Emil Villa's California Barbecue is one of the best places to find ribs. They have 3 styles of ribs (Emil Villa's, Baby Back and St Louis). The Saint Louis style is the most lean of the three and my favorite! I also believe they have the freshest and tastiest coleslaw around. They choose to keep the slaw and the sauce separate until you begin to mix them, to ensure a fresh taste and consistency. The portions served are large. So come hungry and come ready to enjoy some of the best BBQ around. They also serve a fantastic breakfast as well. I just wish they had more accessible locations in the San Francisco Bay area.
