Kyle Design may be good but do not try to do business with Kyle Switch Plates!

While they did quickly ship the products I ordered 1/3 of the switches I received were either mis-labeled or defective. I called them to try to straighten it out.

Their customer service representative, Adrian, informed me I was not qualified to determine if the wrong switch was in the package or if a switch was defective. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she advised me that she was the supervisor. She advised me I would have to contact GE directly to get warranty on the parts. I called GE and spoke with a very helpful rep at GE who said that if I could get a PO number from Kyle he could ship me replacements for my bad switches. I contacted Kyle Switch Plates and was told that they would not give me the info so I could deal with GE directly.

I would never do business with this company again and would advise anyone else to give it serious consideration before they were to place an order with them!

Added the switchplate I needed to my cart by the photo on the Kyle Switch Plate website and received the wrong switchplate. It took two weeks to get to me and the customer service rep wouldn't consider that the item and photo shown were mismatched. Found it at my local electrical supplier for less money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

STAY AWAY! I ordered switch plates based on what the Kyle website described. They switch plates didn't cover the electrical box behind it. The customer service rep was unwilling to listen to the problem or to help solve it. She just kept insisting I didn't understand how to use them! They go over the switch and screw in. I definitely understand exposed electrical box on either side of the switch cover.

Very cheap product, doesnt last long. I would not recommend this place to anyone, its a waste of money

DO NOT USE THEM! They sent me a product that was defective, when I called to tell them..they refused to replace it. They insisted it went through a checkpoint before they shipped it so there was nothing they could do. I would absolutely not trust them!

I got an invitation to a friends sisters bat mitzvah and had no idea what to get her. Literally a week later, I got another invite to my cousins grad ceremony and had to get him something too. I asked my aunt for ideas and she gave me the website for Kyle Design, saying they had a good selection of gifts and I could pick my own options to make them different. I ended up picking a lacrosse ornament for my cousin and a purple purse holder for my friends sister. It took a while to figure out the colors theyd like but I loved how I could be creative with the gifts. I also found some cool stuff for my dad who is really hard to buy for so I could cross someone else off my list! Definitely shop online here if youre looking for something special and you want to make it your own.

Just finished a big remodel and needed to replace all of my electrical devices and switchplates. My order was shipping in 1 business day, which is super fast. The order was filled correctly and the switchplates and devices were all very high quality. Great looking stuff. I had a question after I received my order and customer service was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.



I later ordered my wife an engraved business card case and a nightlight. This order was also shipped promptly. The case is beautiful and she has received so many compliments on it. I ordered the buck nightlight and it is in the master bath. It looks great and is really nice quality.



I will definitely order from Kyle Designs again. Nice products, nice quality and great customer service!
