I bought a Cadillac Escalade from this dealership and I can tell you with all certainty that they sold me a car that they KNEW had problems.
I had to have the engine mount replaced after having the car for only 3 months. They would not cover the cost, so I paid $700+ for the repair. Now just 3 month later, I am having the same problem.
On top of this, they charged me $700 for a paint protection service that they never provided. I called several times, they never called to book the appointment to have the service. I requested my money back, and they refused to refund me.
I might need to seek an attorney but I felt that it was important to share my experience with potential buyers. You are better off drive 20 or 30 miles away to other dealerships if you have to because these guys could careless about you, they just want your money.

After I was able to get in touch with Pedram at Livermore Auto Group, my experience changed. Pedram listened to me vent my frustration, agreed to refund my paint protection without hesitation, and arranged for a rent a car while my vehicle was being fixed.
While the situation was less than desirable to start off a business relationship, Pedram did what should have been done in the first place. He took care of our situation and made it right. I can only hope that he can clean house, and set the course straight for new customers. But I have to give him credit, he lived up to his word and did everything that he promised.

Provided by YP.comI took my van for key replacement to this dealership and that was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. I had to wait all day long in the front lobby to get the key. Well, after waiting for four hours they told me their computer was down and could not tell when it will be up again. They close at 5:30pm and guess what? Right at 5:30pm they said now the key is ready. So the computer knew all along the key had to be made right at 5:30pm. All I can say is that these guys are complete idiots with absolutly not respect for anyone they whole time the guys were taking breaks and looking at their cell phone.

Provided by YP.comI took my 2008 Ford Escape into the Ford Dealership because the steering wheel was shaking slightly, the service advisor, Gary called me and informed me it was the front brakes and that the water pump was broken. The entire fix was around $850 and I picked the car up the same day. After the repair was done the steering wheel was shaking worse than before. I took the car back in the following day and I was then told by Gary that the steering column needed to be replaced because the power steering assist went out. I then took my car back home and looked for another mechanic to complete the work. I was unable to find another mechanic who could fix this problem so I took it back to the Ford Dealership to be fixed and I paid about $950 for this repair and within 24 hours of picking the car back up the transmission went out. I took the car back to Ford, expecting it to be a sensor issue from when they were repairing the car. I was later told that I needed to fix the transmission. At first Gary tried to tell me that is was just a band that broke and quoted me $1000. When I looked to get it fixed somewhere else, I was then told that I needed an entire new transmission by the Ford Dealership. The Ford Dealership have been unable to explain what is actually wrong or keep their story straight. After a few days of going back and forth and complaining with the Ford Corporation and getting nowhere I agreed to have the transmission replaced for $3200. I picked the car up today and within 3 hours the engine light has come on and the car has to go back into service. There is no doubt in my mind that the Ford Dealership is purposely harming my car while in the process of fixing another issue!

Things don't always go smoothly - they didn't know how to fix my glove compartment hinges and as it turns out I have to buy a whole new glove box - but they tell you what's going on and make sure you get what you need in a timely fashion. Competitive pricing, which says a lot for a dealership service group.
As long as Chrysler stays in Livermore, I'll keep going back.
