The manager at the Livermore store is extremely rude! My husband and I like to go to thrift stores every once in awhile. We decided to stop at this one since we hadn't been in years and we were in town. We spent some time looking around. Store smelt musty and dirty and the people who worked there could not be bothered to help. My husband had wanted to try out a foremna gril but didn't want to pay outrageous prices for new since he didn't know if he would use enough. He found one there but was dubious if it would work. We asked the lady behind the counter if we could plug it in to make sure it would come on as everything is sold as is NO RETURNS, and she stated they don't test appliances! My husband found a place to plug in and was feeling the sides to see if it was warming up when the manager came over and started yeling at him that this was not allowed! My husband asked how he was to know wether the purchase he was making was in working order and the manager replied "you don't". He then unplugged the appliance and walked away with it. My husband then said to him, "you didn't need to be a jerk about it. You could have just tested the thing yourself!" The manager then told us to leave. Would not even let us make our other purchase! This man needs to come down off his high horse! Another customer, a lady in her golden years, followed us out and told us this man had kicked her out before to for questioning him and she had seen others treated poorly. We have reported him to SVDP and hopefully they will do something about him. We will not go back into this store nor will we donate to them as long as he is under there employ.

They have really kewl stuff and the customer service is good. If you have a love for art/photography then this is the place to find great frames!~!~!
